Sportplay classes are active, comprehensive, physical education based and delivered in a fun, supportive, non-competitive environment. Our goals are to minimize the obstacles and maximize the accessibility to participation by children. For these reasons Sportplay classes are safe, progressive, creative, positive, play-based, child centered and use age appropriate equipment. Children will develop their gross motor and athletic skills while learning 8 different sports: Baseball, Basketball, Soccer, Tennis, Track &Field, Football, Volleyball and Ball Hockey. Toddler & Parent Age: 1.5 - 2 years
Emphasis: Explore Gross Motor Skills, Fun, Parent/Child Interaction
Class length: 45 minutes
Children will explore Gross Motor Skills through guided play, action songs and circle games while engaged with a parent or caregiver.
Tot & Parent Age: 2 - 3 years
Emphasis: Introduce Gross Motor Skills, Fun, Parent/Child Interaction Class length: 45 minutes
Children are introduced to Gross Motor Skills and sports equipment through skill related games and activities while engaged with a parent or caregiver.
Multi-Sport I Age: 3 – 4 years Emphasis: Develop Gross Motor Skills, Fun, Peer Interaction Class length: 1 hour
Children develop the Gross Motor Skills required for all sport and recreation activities through creative play and games.
Multi-Sport II Age: 4 - 6 years Emphasis: Develop Athletic Skills, Fun, Teamwork Class length: 1 hour
Children develop the Athletic Skills used in all sports and recreational through creative games and activities. Gross Motor Skills are further developed at this level by combining skills during activities and play. Kids are introduced to the “games within the games”, adapted game play and teamwork.
Sport Specific/Multi-sport II Age: 4 - 6 years
Emphasis: Introduce Sport Specific Skills, Fun, Teamwork
Class length: 1 hour
Children are introduced to Sport Specific Skills while continuing to develop Gross Motor and Athletic Skills by focusing on one sport for half the classes and rotating through 7 other sports for the other half. Activities include combining Gross Motor Skills, relating Athletic Skills to a specific sport, adapted game play and teamwork.
Sport Specific Age range: 6 - 8 years

Class length: 1 hour
Children will focus on one sport for all classes. The structure of the class will be 30 min. of skill development, 15 min. of adapted game play and 15 min. of game play. This will be a high energy, active program.
Mini Camp Age: 3 – 5 years Emphasis: Develop Gross Motor Skills, Fun, Peer Interaction Class length: 2 hours
Children get a taste of our popular camp program in this 2 hour weekly class. Kids participate in two 45minute Multi-sport classes split by a 30 minute Lego® Play and snack break. Children develop the Gross Motor and Athletic Skills required for all sport and recreation activities through creative play and instruction. Through Lego® Play, kids will develop Fine Motor Skills, building concepts and teamwork.
Triple Play Age range: 5-7 & 6-8 years Emphasis: Sport Specific Skills, Fun, Game Play, Teamwork Class length: 1 hour
Kids learn 3 sports; Basketball, Soccer, Ball Hockey, over the course of this session. Each class will highlight one of the 3 sports and be divided into 3 parts; 30 min. skill development, 15 min. adapted play, 15 min. game play. This will be a high energy, active program.
